About the Company

An award winning international law firm are seeking a Learning and Development Assistant on a permanent basis for their Liverpool office.

About the Role

Working closely the Learning & Development Manager and wider team, this is a role covering a broad range of training support across the business. Duties include:

  • Coordinating training sessions
  • Managing the learning management system (Cornerstony)
  • Preparing course materials
  • Maintaining CPD records
  • Scheduling inductions
  • Troubleshooting any problems or queries
  • Monitoring feedback and tracking attendance
  • Working with speakers and external suppliers
  • Managing administration

Job Requirements

You will have previous experience of working within a law firm or professional services preferable with experience of an LMS. You will be a strong team player, have high attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
