Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central Delivery Support Manager – Dublin €60K

Pearson Carter are currently recruiting for a NAV/D365 Delivery Support Manager to join a reputable Microsoft Dynamics Partner in Ireland. Our client is seeking an experienced NAV / D365 Delivery Support Manager with experience to join the talented team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be instrumental in the growth of a Microsoft Gold Partner.

Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of projects and non-project work impacting your support/delivery team and ensuring utilisation is maximised across both support and service delivery ensuring that both support and billable targets are met.
• Maintain high performing service delivery functions.
• Monitor, control and support the service delivery.
• Develop the personal and technical competency of your team with a view to maximising their potential.
• Manage the Support Team.

Experience:

• Extensive experience in a Support Delivery role.

• ITIL Certification or equivalent
• A technical background would be advantageous but not essential.

Salary

They offer an excellent salary package up to €60,000 + Benefits depending on experience.

Location

This role will be based in Dublin, Ireland and offering home based flexibility.
