SEN TA – Southwark – June Start!

Full time, Long term

£85-95 p/day

An ‘Outstanding’ SEN School are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of needs including Autism, Downs Syndrome, Medical Needs, ADHD, Challenging Behaviour and Communication Difficulties. You will be supporting the Teacher in class to maintain engagement and provide ad-hoc targeted support to individual pupils. As pupils are working below expectations, those SEN Teaching Assistants with experience in Primary ages are welcomed to apply!

We are looking for a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant who:

• Understands how to support Autism, Downs Syndrome, Medical, ADHD and Communication needs 
• Experience with Team Teach, Approach or Similar methods
• Holds a valid DBS (Ideally with Child and  Adult Checks)
