Job Description:

Global leading media group, experts in delivering events and training courses and providing market intelligence to individuals, business and organisations worldwide is now looking for a content marketing specialist.

 The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing a content-led inbound marketing plans to support and extend performance marketing initiatives for their core brands   

You will need to be commercially minded, a natural storyteller with an editorial mindset and work well under pressure. This is a diverse role with a fantastic opportunity to shape the direction of content marketing across the  group  and really make your mark.  The role requires working closely with the marketing leads for each of the brands so strong interpersonal skills is a must.

Responsibilities:

To develop, implement and measure content marketing strategies and tactics with actionable plans to drive relevant traffic, inbound demand and brand awareness  

Drive integration of content activities within assigned marketing campaigns

Create content calendars and outline content creation plans to drive leads across all brands

Proactively maintain knowledge of the industries: latest news, trends, the key players - to develop content that drives customer engagement and response

Craft compelling content such as whitepapers, blog posts and case studies: tone of voice and brand consistency

Edit written content to ensure conveys the right message for the audience

Execute webinars: set up and hosting, liaising with the marketing leads and webinar presenters  

 

SKILLS REQUIRED

2+ years’ working in a content marketing role

2:1+ (or equivalent) BSc/MSc degree in business, marketing, journalism or related

Exceptionally strong English language comprehension with excellent copywriting skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to manage own tasks and liaise with marketing leads to manage multiple deadlines

To be well versed in all digital channels
