Job Description:

The client; is an onboard services/ goods supplier to various airlines in Europe and further afield. They are rapidly expanding hence the need for this new role

The role; Overall management of a key / complex airline account. The role is based from Heathrow with the occasional need to attend a meeting in Gatwick

  • Monthly account planning, measurements /KPI’s. Identify areas of revenue improvement
  • Assist in improving process/reports. Produce reports
  • Build strong relationships with various stakeholders
  • Manage and communicate sales and budget performance
  • Assist with some aspects of crew, product and procedures training

We are looking for someone with these abilities/ qualities/experiences:

  • Previous high level/ high responsibility airline (or similar sector) account management/development experience
  • Customer service orientated/ able to solve problems
  • Strong people management, relationship building influencing experience
  • Strong business communication verbal and written
  • Experience of meeting KPI’s
