Ashberry Recruitment are looking for two temporary Holiday Advisors to join their exciting Earby based client.
As part of the Reservations Team your role will involve converting incoming calls into confirmed bookings (with appropriate add-ons) and achieve pre-set targets, whilst ensuring all new and existing customers receive an informative, courteous and quality standard of customer service.
The roles are 35 hours per week and will include some evening work (usually one or two evenings until 7pm) and weekend work, but days off midweek are given to compensate.
There is additional performance related commission in place.
Key tasks, responsibilities and accountabilities
Sales and call handling performance
Consistent implementation of WVR UK sales call structure
Achieve pre-set weekly sales and insurance targets and quality scores
Knowledge and use of WVR UK company procedures, systems and promotions
Prioritise incoming calls and pass relevant calls on to other departments
Training & Development
To be coached to improve performance and assist in personal development
Attend all required operational training sessions
Work within the structure of the Performance Management Scheme
Attend soft skills modules to develop non-operational skills
Consistently deliver a high level of customer service, remaining professional, informative, helpful and courteous at all times
Sales and admin efficiency
Complete all necessary admin routines for reservations
Desired personal traits/disposition
5 GCSEs including Maths and English
PC- keyboard skills
Good communication skills
Travel & Leisure background
