Call Handler needed in Newcastle £8.91ph ref 424630
Full time hours on a temporary basis.
We are looking for co-ordinators to provide patient centred approaches to referral management and allocation of staff across the North East. We are looking for experienced call handlers who ideally understand the needs of complex patients. This is a busy environment utilising a number of systems and dealing with inbound outbound calls. initially looking for 12 week placements with the potential for extension. Working hours are variable across 7 days working between 8 am and 10 pm Shift patterns are:- 8.00 am to 15.30 pm 12 noon to 19.30 pm 1430 pm to 2200pm
