As Spa and Leisure Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Spa and Leisure department including a number of treatments rooms, pool and wet facilities, fitness suite and relaxation areas. You will create marketing plans and promotional events to maximise potential and increase occupancy rates. You will be responsible for budgeting, running reports and analysing financial performance for the department, but do not worry if this is not your forte, training and support will be provided to ensure that you are confident in this long term.
Whether you are doing a walk-around and catching up with club members, holding a team meeting, or dealing with guest enquiries, you should be able to provide an exceptional level of customer service and have both your guests and fellow team members best interest at the forefront of your operation.

Experience and Qualifications…
- At least 1 years’ experience within a similar role
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapist or equivalent would be desirable
- Pool plant or pool responder certification is also an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
