Wave is looking for an exceptional Web Designer who can use their proven web design experience to design first-class recruitment websites for RecWebs, our website design and build product.

It's an exciting time for Wave as we undergo incredible growth and we need an incredibly talented web designer to ensure we continue to deliver beautifully designed, high-quality recruitment websites for our fast-expanding client base. You will join the Marketing team, working closely under the supervision of the Marketing Director, to produce creative web design work for both Wave and its clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious web designer as you will be fully involved with the design process from beginning to end - from initial sketching to developing sitemaps, to creating user journeys, to wire-framing and prototyping design concepts. You will want to push the boundaries by coming up with new ideas, formats and technical solutions and you thrill at the prospect of bespoke design.

You will collaborate on web design briefings, both internally and for clients, and will work closely with our team of developers. An understanding of programming languages is beneficial but not required. You will have no problem communicating and documenting ideas clearly, as well as keeping the team briefed on progress and meeting all deadlines, sometimes working on multiple projects at once.

Creativity is key to this role, as is a keen attention to detail. You will have proven web design experience and a portfolio of work and will have worked with website design software (Adobe Xd, Sketch, Figma, and/or Adobe CC). You also have a hunger to learn new technologies and a passion for keeping up to date with new design trends.
