About the Role

Are you a finance professional with an analytical mind? Are you able to work with stakeholders to understand business needs and present financial data? This role utilises both of these skills, Finance Business Partners act as a conduit between finance and the business area turning financial information into understandable messages that can be used to drive additional value for the business. Conversely, you will be able to translate business performance back into Finance, by interpreting performance and identifying risks and opportunities.

About You

You will already possess a strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel level (pivots, advanced calculations, and modelling skills). With Proven stakeholder management abilities, you will confident and able to challenge skill sets, with the ability to drive decision making through analytical methods and financial modelling and present information in a clear & concise manner. The successful candidate will need to be comfortable in their ability to manage 1 direct report. You will need to be a qualified accountant for this role. (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or equivalent.
