About the Role

Working as part of the wider HR team, the role will take the lead and focus on end to end resource management across a specific fee earning client group, with a key focus on Associates. Responsibilities include:

• Managing relationships with key Partners and stakeholders across EMEA offices
• Monitor activity levels, pipelining and process improvements
• Advising on associate development needs
• Measure and monitor business goals
• Promote best practice methods
• Manage metrics and reporting
• Work closely with HR
• Oversee business development and secondments

Job Requirements

You will have previous resource management experience, developed in professional services. Strong communication skills are key and a familiarity with legal education. There is opportunity for this role to develop into a supervisory position so this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take ownership and develop in a client facing role.
