Chef de Partie required for this 2 Rosette Hotel located within travelling distance of Llandudno. As Chef de Partie your role will involve working on various areas of the kitchen - conference and banqueting, 2 Rosette Restaurant and room service. Part of an established group, the position offers excellent progression opportunities and benefits.

JOB DESCRIPTION 
As Chef de Partie you will be working in a vibrant kitchen team, working in various kitchen area's and sections. Producing a vast array of different foods and cuisines, covering fine dining to large corporate banquets and wedding functions. Working with an experienced and established Head Chef, there will be many opportunities to learn and develop skills, gaining invaluable experience from a large kitchen brigade. Excellent work environment with emphasis placed on training, development, team work and job satisfaction. 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 
Candidates with a Rosette background would be beneficial but is not essential. You must have a background in a fresh food environment is essential. Catering qualifications and previous experience within a similar establishment is preferred. A commitment and passion for food is certainly required
