Transformation Manager (Operating Model, Change, FS, Consulting)
My Client is a leading Consulting firm with offices globally. They are currently seeking well established Change & Transformation professionals at Management level, to provide high level advisory services to their Financial Services clients.
The successful Transformation Manager must have experience working within Consulting and Financial Service, and specialist in at least one of the following areas:
- Risk Transformation
- Financial Transformation (IFRS17 in particular)
- Technology Transformation
- Asset Management Transformation
The Manager will be expected to play a key role in all aspects of the practice:
• Proposition development: The transformation propositions operate from business model, through all aspects of operating model (people, process & technology), out to managed services and third-party suppliers.
• Business development: In your role, you will be starting to build your business development skills and client relationships with support from the team’s senior leadership. You will help prepare proposals and tenders, and any similar requests for information from clients.
• Engagement management: You will be learning about managing end-to-end delivery of multiple cross-functional, cross-jurisdictional projects to tight turnaround deadlines. You will support projects deliver to budget and work with compliance protocols, regulatory obligations and ethical standards.
• Risk management: You will be building awareness and the ability to identify and manage risks, ensuring the risk management frameworks are implemented appropriately and effectively.
• Developing People: You will proactively engage with colleagues at all grade levels and supporting them in developing their expertise in transformation, with particular emphasis on skills transfer. You will act as a role model with colleagues and clients.
• Delivering quality services: You will be required to monitor and deliver high quality service to clients (both internal and external). Individuals will be proficient at managing multiple priorities
• Advisory Skills: As part of the role, you will be expected to leverage and grow your consulting and industry skills across several service lines simultaneously. In addition to your existing subject matter expertise, you will be expected to gain broad knowledge of the diverse regulatory landscape for corporate clients, as well as the key impacts for a variety of sectors.
