This is an office based opportunity. You will use your fleet or technical experience to deliver exceptional customer service to customers over the phone and ensure the Fleet vehicles are compliant with all administration to keep them on the road.

Job Function

To deliver outstanding service to our customer base through the handling of inbound and outbound call and e-mail traffic through the Service Support Centre.

Fleet administration tasks including invoice processing and compliance reviews.

Efficiently and effectively handling all customer requests and facilitating these in line with client parameters.

Delivering the personal exclusive experience to all customers.

Role operates outside of business hours on a shift pattern basis throughout the week and at weekends.

Salary: circa £25k per year
