Are you a career interim? Or looking to get your foot into the interim world?

The Company

This is a great chance for you to make a stamp with a large manufacturer who needs support immediately.

Chilled food manufacturer encompassing multiple different sites.

The Role

The role covers a number of sites but will be majority home-based with one in-person board meeting mid-week.

They are looking for someone who can manage stakeholders and NPD feasibility well.

This is a really exciting opportunity to work with a large manufacturer during a period of change.

The role will look to begin ASAP and run for 6-9 months.

The Person

A real self-starter that’s proficient in English writing and speaking ability.

Demonstrate experience in complex, multi-site manufacturing roles.

Must have experience in the food manufacturing environment at Technical Director level and above.

Have sound knowledge and experience with retailers.

A fast-paced company so will need someone who is quick thinking and agile.

Must have the ability to hit the ground running from the first moment, someone who will add stability to the team
