Job Description:

Account Manager – Talent Software

Location: Remote Based (With occasional travel into Luton)

The Account Manager will drive customer engagement, increase customer satisfaction at every level from HR Director and Executive sponsor to the system user. You will manage and develop customer relationships. You will retain existing accounts during renewal or competitive re-bids and will grow profitable subscription and Professional Services revenues with assigned portfolio of accounts. Y


What you'll do:

  • Develop and maintain in depth knowledge of assigned accounts and the recruitment processes and strategy within them
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in account portfolio and develop new contacts
  • Research accounts to identify structure, practices, challenges and requirements through use of structured sales methodology using account planning and territory mapping
  • Work with customer and Finance to ensure good governance; to include documented change management, up to date legal/contract information, timely renewal management, reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)/bad debt and Service Level Agreement (SLA) reporting
  • Ensure that SalesForce records are kept up to date with information about corporate accounts and activities


You'll definitely:

  • Experience in Account Management
  • Experience working with senior business leaders
  • Must be able to manage competing demands, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
  • Familiarity with pricing, forecasting and commercial contract negotiations
  • Highly detail oriented and ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadline oriented projects
  • Skilled in negotiation, judgment and decision-making
