Job title:  Walking Photocopier Engineers (Ricoh OR Canon trained)

Location:  Covering City of London

Salary:  Up to £32,000 per annum

Package:  Paid Travel (train/tube), Laptop, Mobile Phone, Tools, Pension, Life Assurance, Uniform and 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

Job description:

I am currently working with a number of providers of digital office equipment (photocopiers, printers, MFD's/MFP's) and managed print services who need to hire experienced Photocopier Engineers/Walking Photocopier Engineers to cover the City of London.  Our clients are looking to expand their service team and seek Walking Engineers/Photocopier Engineers with a proven background servicing and repairing colour and monochrome photocopiers, printers and MFDs/MFPs.  


  • To service, repair and maintain photocopiers, printers and MFDs/MFPs
  • Ensure all visits are completed in accordance with call control
  • Ensure standard or repair/maintenance in accordance with company expectations
  • Advise on potential upgrades (if applicable)
  • Maintain records and paperwork as directed by management
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all time
  • Attend training sessions to keep skill sets updated

Essential skills & experience

  • 2 years + experience in a similar position (Walking Photocopier Engineer) servicing and repairing photocopiers, printers and MFDs/MFPs
  • Ricoh or Canon manufacturer trained
  • Customer service skills
  • Networking/Colour Theory/Connectivity skills would be advantageous but not essential
  • Strong problem solving ability
