ROLE: Gluing Operator – Packaging

Salary: £25K-£32K depending on experience

Location: North Devon

Gluing Operator required for a well-established packaging manufacturer based in North Devon.

Gluing Operator - Bobst Position Overview

• Operating Bobst Gluing Machinery
• Make ready and run various carton styles including straight line, crash lock 4, and 6 corner trays
• A team of 5 will be running 2 machines over a 24 hour period
• Adhering to health & safety standards

Gluing Operator - Bobst Position Requirements

• The skillset to fully make ready and run various carton styles including straight line, crash lock 4 and 6 corner trays.

• Must be fully trained and experienced in running a gluing machine.
• Plenty of overtime opportunity paid 1.5 and x 2
• 26 Days holiday per year + bank holidays

• Possible future progression into management for the right candidate.
