Dynamics NAV/D365 BC Support and Project Analyst, End User - £45K + Benefits

Pearson Carter are currently working with a well-respected End User based in Kent, who are actively looking for a ERP Support and Project Analyst to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities

• Timely resolution of technical and functional support requests for all areas of the ERP inclusive of customisations, ensuring users are well always informed of progress.
• Reviewing system bugs and error notifications to establish root course and solution.
• Internal ticketing system is kept up to date in real time with statistical data being always accurate.

Experience

• Extensive experience with Dynamics NAV with versions 2015+
• Proven Consultancy experience with Dynamics NAV 2015+
• Minimum 2 years’ experience Project management within a software environment
• Experience Implementing ERP systems
• Experience across 1st, 2nd, 3rd Line Support

Salary

This company are offering a very competitive salary of up to £45,000 plus benefits, depending on experience and skill set.

Location

This role will be based in Manchester, UK with home-based flexibility.
