Job Description:

IT Technical Support Analyst / Applications & IT Support – external clients.  Growing systems company seeks a client-focused IT technical helpdesk support analyst to join their client support team, in providing remote applications and IT support to a wide range of ‘household names’ across the UK. 

 

Customer IT Support Analyst – The role:

1st & 2nd line service desk support, using a range of troubleshooting skills to solve often in-depth issues. Owning the issue and following through to resolution.

 

Customer IT Support Analyst – The person:

-  Experience of working in a service-driven ‘IT’ client (or user) service support position with, at the very least, strong PC skills, and Windows server exposure.

- Exceptional client interaction and handling skills. 

 

Customer IT Support Analyst – Summary:

Until Covid is managed, the position will see you working remotely and full support & training is on offer. Going-forward the role is likely remote but will need people who are able to commute to the office when required
