Seeking a experienced Catering Supervisor to start ASAP until 14-01-18. Shift is 5 days in each week in a 7 day rotation pattern.
Hours are 9 am to 5pm, 37 hours per week.
PURPOSE OF JOB:
To provide a professional food and beverage service to facility visitors and staff.
The post holder will be responsible for the maintenance of a high standard of hygiene throughout the catering service and seating areas with responsibility for overseeing that catering staff follow the catering operating and financial procedures.
