Job Description:
Service Administrator
Hours: Alternate weeks Monday to Friday 07:00 to 17:00 and 08:00 to 18:00
Responsibilities:
- Generate and take bookings for service and repairs
- Ensure that the appointment register is kept up to date
- Ensure that jobs carried over to the next day are carried forward
- Ensure that the best possible information is recorded and included on the job card
- Keep customers updated on jobs
- Organise efficient collection and delivery of vehicles to minimise downtime
- Check through previous night’s job cards, contact customers with a full update on work carried out and any outstanding defects.
- Provide administrative support
- Provide support to customers over the phone and by email
- Chase order numbers
- Raise job cards
- Send invoices and provide quotes to customers
- To provide a high quality of written communication on work including our internal documents, customers documents and the department of transports documents.
Skills required:
- Ability to plan ahead effectively and multi task
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Good customer facing skills is essential
- Previous experience within the motor industry
- Previous experience delivering excellent administration and customer service is essential.
- Previous experience with Kerridge is preferred
- Full driving licence is preferred
- Team Player

- Excellent time keeping and organisational skills
