Coventry, Birmingham or Solihull
£21-£24K per annum
We are currently recruiting for an administrator to come and be a part of a social and friendly team in a chartered accounting firm.
Main duties:
- Dealing with income correspondence for the tax department.
- Preparing outgoing correspondence and sending it via email or post.
- Maintaining and updating client details.
- Scanning and filing client’s details.
- Answering general queries.
- Preparation of bills.
Characteristics:
- Self-motivated, efficient, and hard working.
- Meticulous in maintaining records.
- Strong communication skills
- Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook experience.
- Attention to detail and confidential.
- Articulate and punctual.
