Job Title: Technical Services Advisor

Salary: £27,000 to £32,000

An industry leading and global wireless communications business are looking to partner with a customer driven Technical Services Advisor. 

This role is primed for someone who has worked in 1st Line Support/Troubleshooting position within technical helpdesk enquires across any industry sector, but if it has been within telecommunications this is a huge bonus. 

The Technical Services Advisor takes a friendly and proactive approach to taking phone-calls and email enquiries from customers who have strict commercial agreements with this business & resolving technical queries and issues within a set SLA. 

• Actively monitor and manage customer systems in accordance with contracted obligations
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
• Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone or electronically via web portal
• Advise customers on appropriate actions
• Maintaining excellent and professional relationships with customers both internally and externally Documenting and recording all work
