This market leading brand has a strong sales division and is looking for an ambitious and dynamic Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join this experienced team. My client is offering an office based role with on site parking ang the chance to join this leading multi branch name in the local area. 

The successful Estate Agent Sales Negotiator will have at least 12 months industry experience. You will be a dynamic individual with a real passion for the property industry. You will be naturally detail orientated, have a wonderfully friendly and approachable personality with a natural telephone manner. 

The Estate Agent Sales Negotiator will have similar experience and will have gained a strong understanding of the sales process from negotiating offers right the way through to a solid understanding and experience of the sales progression process. 

With this role the Sales Negotiator will be responsible for:

• Marketing newly listed properties
• Gaining vendor feedback
• Generating new appointments for both viewings and valuations
• Negotiating offers
• Sales progression
• On occasion you will also accompany the Director to visit the properties listed to ensure you have sound knowledge of the stock list available

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed

• Previous Estate Agent Sales Negotiator experience is ideal
• You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
• You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
• Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
• You will be well spoken and well presented
• You will be naturally dynamic with a warm personality 
• You will have excellent organisational skills and have strong knowledge of the conveyancing process
