Job Description:

My client predominantly carries out building and environmental acoustics surveys in support of RIBA stage driven design and have completed award-winning projects in a wide range of sectors such as theatres, music schools/schools, restaurants/bars, clubs/venues, gyms, offices, residential, hotels, cinemas and small concert halls.

  As their business grows, they are looking to take on a Business Development Manager who can generate new business leads/revenue for the business.

Duties:

 

  • Generating new business leads
  • Cold calling
  • Attend client meetings
  • Prepare quotations for new business
  • Full contract management of service
  • Travelling to client site - predominantly around the UK and abroad when required

 

Requirements:

 

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Business Development Manager
  • Acoustic or Construction experience
  • Strong sales experience
  • Experience of generating new business
  • Manage own time
