Coventry, Birmingham or Solihull 

£21-£24K per annum

We are currently recruiting for an administrator to come and be a part of a social and friendly team in a chartered accounting firm.

Main duties:

  • Dealing with income correspondence for the tax department.
  • Preparing outgoing correspondence and sending it via email or post.
  • Maintaining and updating client details.
  • Scanning and filing client’s details.
  • Answering general queries.
  • Preparation of bills.

Characteristics:

  • Self-motivated, efficient, and hard working.
  • Meticulous in maintaining records.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook experience.
  • Attention to detail and confidential.
  • Articulate and punctual.
