A great opportunity for a Property Inspections Clerk clerk to join this thriving independent lettings business based in the Birmingham, Selly Oak area. My client is a reputable independent Estate Agent specialising in sales, lettings and student accommodation with established lettings business that has been built over the last 6+ years my client is on the search for an experienced and is looking for an Property Inspections Clerk who can take over responsibility for completing property inspections across the 600 + portfolio.

The successful Property Inspections Clerk will have experience of doing conducting inspections, and have an honest and reliable persona. You must be presentable, a good communicator, an eye for detail and work off your own initiative. 

This role will require the successful Property Inspections Clerk to work independently whilst out on appointments so being able to confidently managing your own diary and workload is essential. 

Property Inspections Clerk – Experience Needed

• Previous experience of doing inspections
• You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
• You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy
• Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount
• Have a natural inquisitive nature with an eye for detail

Inventory Clerk – Benefits

• £20-21,0000 basic salary plus mileage
• Monday to Friday role! 
• Pension Scheme
• Mileage paid at the full AA recommended rate of 45ppm
