Responsibilities

• Resolve IT application-related incidents, service requests and problems.
• Provide timely communication to users on the status of service requests and incidents.
• 1st and 2nd Line Support to business applications.

Experience

• Skilled in IT problem diagnosis and resolution.
• Knowledge of SQL, SSRS and SharePoint.
• 1st and 2nd Line support experience.

Salary

The salary on offer for the right candidate is up to £30k depending on experience.

Location

The office is based in Southampton but there is flexibility around working form home.
