Schools Surveyor needed in Worcester £350per day ref 

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

Under the general direction of the Head of Corporate Landlord Services and reporting to the Head of Estates and Senior Estates Surveyor:              

1. Provide an estate management function to meet all the property related requirements in delivering its services, aims and objectives.
2. Responsibility for reviewing the performance of the property assets and recommending and actioning approved changes.
3. Take particular responsibility for the schools estate and associated services, liaising with relevant service heads to provide the operational delivery of the council’s school related aims and objectives in relevant plans and strategies.
