Mechanical Design Engineer - Bedford

Our Client.
Working on cutting edge technology & product for aerospace and defence markets, they are a global supplier with a focus on design and development.
They offer their designers the chance to work not only on the full life cycle of a product but the ability to work across the product range.

The Role & Responsibilities.

• Working on the full product life cycle across the product range
• R&D into new technologies and development of existing products
• Concept design, involvement in new lines
• Bill of Materials, Technical Documentation
• Working with senior stakeholders within the business

What our client is looking for?

• Trained in Mechanical Engineering (Degree, HND/HNC, Apprentice)
• Designed something from scratch through to production
• Hands-on experience, having physically played a part in the building of a product at some stage
• Experienced in the developmental stages of a product (both new/existing)

Package (based on experience).
£35k to £45k, plus a fantastic benefits package (including - holiday, flexible work, bonus scheme etc)
