Job Description:

Lamonby recruitment are delighted to represent a leading Architectural firm established in 1968 who employ over 120 staff and work on various projects including housing, arts, education, health and commercial sectors. We are looking for a Revit Technician to join a busy team in the London design studio based near Dalston.

The successful Revit Technician will be assisting the project teams with Revit tasks and maintain practice standards. An advanced knowledge of Revit with a minimum of two years’ in practice experience is required, as well as a strong ability to communicate ideas both verbally and visually.

Revit Technician Role

Support project teams with day to day Revit modelling tasks

Create project specific content and families

Manage the Revit libraries

Set up Revit models

Audit Revit models regularly

Maintenance of Revit models

Implement, oversee and monitor Practice Revit standards

Oversee efficient use of Revit across project teams

Prepare models for issuing

Prepare models for scheduling tasks

Help implement Practice standards

Role Requirements and Qualifications

Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines

Good design eye and drawing skills

Ability to communicate ideas both verbally and visually

Advanced knowledge of Revit (two years’ minimum experience in practice)

RIBA Part I, architectural technology degree, or equivalent overseas qualification

Revit Technician Package

  • £32,000 - £37,000 (dependant on experience)
  • 4 weeks holiday
