Based in Wellington and the rate is £11.88ph PAYE   

 

This is a full time temporary role.

Our client is looking for a Customer Services Champion. To act as the first point of contact support for customers via multiple channels (face to face, telephone, letter, and email, portal).

The successful candidate will act as a channel shift champion, promoting customer enablement & self-serve, demonstrating and coaching the customer where needed. They will:

  • Signpost customers to information
  • Provide basic advice and problem solve enquiries based on readily available information or scripts
  • Collect customer intelligence to support service information & improvements
  • Maintain / update customer databases
  • Undertake customer surveys, campaign and commercial calls to support the corporate aims
  • Work with other team members to organise and manage workloads effectively, ensuring that all customer and performance standards and targets are achieved
