THE LOCATION: Exeter

THE ROLE OF A FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR:

As a finance administrator, you will be working within the accounts department getting involved in a large number of responsibilities:

• All aspects of maintaining the debtor’s book for the business.
• Collect and process through the Sage system all monies timeously.
• Reconcile bank accounts.
• Sending out invoices and statements and respond to all emails.
• Prepare all cash book invoices for payment by entering and coding onto the Sage system.
• General administration duties - answering the phone, emails, stationery, banking and post.

EXPERIENCE IDEALLY REQUIRED FOR A TECHNICAL DEMONSTRATOR:

Ideally, you will have good Microsoft office knowledge any Sage 50 experience would be an advantage! 

Alongside this, as a person, you must be well organised and motivated, happy to work within a team and take responsibility.
