Regional Service Delivery Manager

 

Job Purpose

  • To deliver excellent customer service.
  • To liaise with Heads of other departments, quickly identifying complaints or areas for improvement, whether these come from our internal or external customers, ensuring that we meet their requirements.

 Key Responsiblities

 Leading the team, giving advice support and guidance ensuring alignment of the senior team to have the same goals.

  • Report performance using appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the Heads of Department, Strategic Leadership Team (SLT) and the Marlowe Board when requested.
