Job Description:

2nd Line IT Support Analyst required for leading logistics transportation business near Dartford / Crayford in Kent. Experience with SCCM and Active Directory are prerequisits for someone applying for this role. You will predominantly be dealing with 2nd line Desktop PC support issues and configuration etc but also providing fist line IT support when required to cover. You will be working within the ITIL framework on Office 365, doing Skype integrations and migrations.

 

In this 2nd line IT Support role you will be included in a 24/7 oncall rota which is a mandatory requirement, however, there aren't currently many requests outside of usual hours. You must be adept in the installation, configuration and support in the desktop and mobile environments at various locations in the UK, predominantly the South East and based in the Dartford area. It's a supportive and friendly team with an opportunity for career progression, especially if you want to develop knowledge of PC and mobile fundamentals - latest Operating Systems, mobile devices and business hardware/software.
