Job Description:
An exciting opportunity for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our established brigade in Bicester on a full time basis.
The position is for 40 hours per week, supporting the kitchen in all areas of our operation including restaurant and bar food, conferences, weddings and afternoon tea.
The ideal candidate is a capable chef who can work well under pressure and as part of a team.
You will be working 5 in 7 days per week and rotas include regular evening and weekend work.
Requirements of the role:
- Proven craft skills
- Previous experience working in a busy kitchen environment
- Pro-active and flexible approach to work duties
- Good team player
- Willingness to learn and develop
