Sous Chef, £32,000 - £35,000 available for this reputable Gastro Pub in Manchester city centre. Working in a large team, your role will be to support the Head Chef to ensure the highest of standards are met. Great company to work for with mainly all straight shifts and the possibility of a 4 day week!
JOB DESCRIPTION 
As Sous Chef you will help manage the kitchen in the production and service of the best quality menus using the freshest ingredients. Your role will involve deputising in the absence of the Head Chef so good management skills are needed. Motivation and inspiration are essential to communicate the way forward and continue in the restaurants success.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 
The successful candidate will have the ability to prepare foods to a high standard, good man management skills, hardworking and will have good communication skills. Experience in a similar Chef position is essential. Catering qualifications are a must. A proven track record, strong development, career driven with fresh ideas will express drive, success and passion for the position.
