An inclusive SEN School in Hounslow are looking for a SEN Teacher to lead a class with ASD, PMLD, SLD and Medical Needs. With the support of 5 Support Staff, you will be leading a class of 8 pupils across a variety of subjects including English, Maths and Science.

• You will creativly plan and deliver differentiated lessons 
• Nuture honest and trusting relationships with your pupils and Support Staff
• Be patient when catering to class’ needs
• Coordinate Support Staff to ensure smooth classroom management
• Ideally have previous experience teaching pupils accessing levels below expectations and experience with Severe and Complex Learning Difficulties.

 Person Specification:

• Must hold QTS and have an up-to-date DBS.
• Access to 2 Good References
