Job Description:

Part Time Customer Service Administrator (Thursday - Saturday 8:30am - 2:30pm - please note that this is a fixed shift and will not be negotiable upon application) 

Location:  Chessington, Surrey  

6 months fixed term contract

Perm role paying £9.70 to 12 p/h (£20,000 to £25,000 pro rata)

Our client is a large food provider with a location based in Chessington, Surrey. Their customers are large well known food retailers.  Due to expansion/ reorganisation they have a part time Customer Service Administrator role.

The role: is responsible for liaising with customers, offering a first class service whilst processing orders in an efficient manner. Receiving and making calls to customers (taking orders

  • Administration – taking /processing/ confirming orders from start to finish
  • Dealing with and resolving queries (ensuring delivery is on time)

Previous Experience / Skills -

  • Admin experience including Word, Excel and ideally a database
  • First class communication skills via phone and face to face
  • Able to demonstrate customer service experience / ability to work in a team
