Senior Product Owner / Product Manager – Team Leader – Financial Services

Our global Consulting client is seeking a number of Senior Product Owners / Product Managers to work within it Financial Services Solutions practice.

The team is responsible for reviewing client’s business problems and driving out requirements for change, whether this is motivated by regulatory transformation, optimizing operational efficiencies or enhancing customer journeys.

You will be responsible for owning products and working with a wider team to design and develop them out.  You will be joining a collaborative and energetic team that covers a broad range of functional and technical domains, so you will have the opportunity to grow your skill set and experience across a variety of areas.

Other responsibilities will include

• End-to-end hands on delivery including dictating use cases, prioritising workload and coordinating sprints
• Challenging key stakeholders in order to refine business drivers and scope
• Operating and overseeing workshops and meetings in order to manage stakeholder expectations and incorporate any feedback and criticism into design
• Challenging design decisions and articulate improvements

Experience   required:

• Senior / Lead Product Owner or Product Manager experience within Financial Services clients
• Had full ownership of delivering FS products end to end
• Core Business analysis experience on technical transformation / change projects.  You will be comfortable diving into the technical details and translating these into solutions for clients
• Management and leadership of small teams from a product delivery perspective and mentoring, training and supporting the career development of a team
• Strong stakeholder management experience
