Magnus James Recruitment are on the lookout for a confident and articulate Sales Administrator on an initial 2 week contract to join our friendly team at our office in South Cerney. The role will be ideal for those wishing to work around school hours and will be Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 4 hours each day.
Magnus James are a recruitment agency specialising in Property, Construction, Engineering and technology. The successful candidates duties will include the following;
- Updating the CRM system, adding notes in the process
- Ensuring Contacts added to the system are accurate
- Calling through to companies to acquire the correct contact details
- Other ad-hoc sales administration duties
The successful candidate must have the following attributes;
- Excellent Written and verbal communication skills
- Good telephone manner
- Strong IT skills
- Previous use of a CRM system
- Ability to think on your feet
A lot of the role is phone based, so a strong telephone manner is imperative.
