Our busy call centre is responsible for taking incoming enquiries from customers considering booking a holiday, and it is the responsibility of our Travel Experts to convert each enquiry into a booking.
The role of Reservations Team Manager involves motivating, developing and driving a team of Reservation experts to deliver the highest levels of conversion, quality and customer service and support. This role is also responsible for managing and delivering the highest performance of shifts within the Operations Department
This role leads and motivates a team of people to succeed, ensuring that your direct team (along with the Operations department) are driven to exceed their targets, deliver outstanding customer service, exceptional quality and are a results-driven environment.
The Reservations Team Leader must have credible knowledge of managing people, driving change, have a proven track record in improving results alongside delivering outstanding customer service and quality
You will have previous experience of working in a managerial role, with a proven track record of guiding your team to achieving results whilst successfully managing change. Strong coaching and a track record of driving high performance are crucial.
You will have the people skills to motivate and lead a team, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems and issues. You will work well in a busy environment and be flexible and adaptable to change.
Knowledge of general HR practices, and experience of working in a call centre, would be beneficial, but are not essential.

This role will be offered on on a shift rota basis, which will include some weekend work. Our teams operate from 9am - 10pm, 7 days a week.
