Admin & Logistics Assistant

Temp to perm

£12ph (£25k Pro rota)

My client is an established engineering organisation seeking an Admin & Logistics Administrator to join the team, the main duties for the role will be:

  • Answering the phones
  • Helping with the Door entry system
  • Reconcile of delivery notes before being sent for payment
  • Supporting any logistics requirements
  • Dealing with Invoices
  • Chasing collections from 3rd party providers
  • Dealing with sales teams
  • General admin queries
  • Low level purchasing (Stationary, milk, sugar, coffee, tea supplies, etc)
  • Printing - scanning
  • Assisting ops MGR
  • Liaising with overseas colleagues (US - Singapore)
  • Other ad hoc duties to support team members
