Project Engineer (Building Management Systems – HVAC)

£35,000 Plus DOE (Company Car / Private Healthcare / Pension / Annual Profit related bonus)

The team’s collective century of experience and proven track record in the design, installation and commissioning of building energy management systems and controls ensures that whatever the clients needs, they can meet them.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
  • Manage day to day operational aspects of project and scope
  • Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
  • Effectively apply methodology and enforce project standards
  • Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
  • Minimize our exposure and risk on project
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately

 

Experience

  • Project Accounting / Financial Management / Business Development / Communication
  • Building Management Systems field
  • HVAC industry
