About the Company

An award winning chambers with a fantastic reputation are seeking a Graduate Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

About the Role

A standalone role, that offers lots of breadth and autonomy, this role provides graduate recruitment support across a range of areas. Duties include:

  • Planning, logistics and coordination of interviews
  • Managing the application process
  • Supporting with selection reviews
  • Coordinating induction week
  • Schedule programmes and manage calendar
  • Support with creating materials and delivering presentations
  • Act as first point of contact, liaising with Barristers
  • Work with external societies such as Bar Standards Board
  • Attend and organise law fairs and events
  • Maintain relationships with universities
  • Manage internship programmes
  • Oversee marketing

Job Requirements

You will have previous experience of working in a graduate recruitment or events role ideally within a law firm and have exposure to working with systems. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.
