About the Company
An award winning chambers with a fantastic reputation are seeking a Graduate Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
About the Role
A standalone role, that offers lots of breadth and autonomy, this role provides graduate recruitment support across a range of areas. Duties include:
- Planning, logistics and coordination of interviews
- Managing the application process
- Supporting with selection reviews
- Coordinating induction week
- Schedule programmes and manage calendar
- Support with creating materials and delivering presentations
- Act as first point of contact, liaising with Barristers
- Work with external societies such as Bar Standards Board
- Attend and organise law fairs and events
- Maintain relationships with universities
- Manage internship programmes
- Oversee marketing
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working in a graduate recruitment or events role ideally within a law firm and have exposure to working with systems. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.
