As Director of Learning and Development and Talent Management you will be responsible for establishing and rolling out the L&D and Talent strategy across the business. This is a standalone role working as part of the HR team. You will be an innovative L&D expert with experience of e-learning, blended learning and rolling programmes out across different geographies. You will manage the talent of this organisation working with some of the smartest, most committed, and hardest working international colleagues in a distributed environment.
You will have international experience, speak French (unless you have exceptional L&D roll out experience across Africa then French may not be required) and be a proactive self starter
