Job Description:

Quality Inspector – First Off & Final Inspection


Salary/Rate: £25,000 - £30,000


A key client of mine has created a new role for a Quality Inspector / FAIR Inspector after sustained growth.



As Quality Inspector you will be part of a dedicated Quality Inspection team and will be responsible for inspection of products throughout the production process and on finished products. You will be an experienced Quality Inspector have a good track record in manual inspection within a pressurised engineering environment, ideally aerospace, automotive or precision engineering.

You will be responsible for:

  • Inspection of components using manual techniques
  • Completing FAIR’s documentation
  • Investigation of non-conformances using recognised problem solving techniques such as 8D
  • Experience of carrying out internal and external Audits would be an advantage



As part of the Quality Inspection team this role is suited to someone who works well as part of a team. This role is suited to either an experienced Quality Inspector looking for a long term role or for an ambitious Quality Inspector looking to develop their skills and experience.
