Dynamics 365 CRM Business Systems Officer, End User, London + Home Based, £40k

Pearson Carter are currently working with an End User based in London. They are looking for a candidate to sit internally within the business and provide D365 support as well as liaise with the MS Partner.

They offer a base salary of £30,000 - £40,000 and working from home is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Be the subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 and other core applications.
• Train junior staff in the support team
• Scope small change to D365 applications functionality
• Deliver and maintain quality documentation for technical processes.

Experience:

• Dynamics 365 experience
• 1st/2nd/3rd Support experience
• Business Analysis and Administrator experience

Salary

They offer an excellent salary: £40,000

Location

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM client has got an office in London but home working is offered.
