Job title:  Walking Photocopier Engineer 

Reporting to:  Regional Service Manager

Location:  Covering City of London

Salary:  Up to £31,000 per annum

Package:  Paid Travel (train/tube), Laptop, Mobile Phone, Tools, Pension, Life Assurance, Uniform and 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

Job description:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Walking Photocopier Engineer within the office equipment and managed print services industry.  Our client is looking to expand their service team and they are looking for a Photocopier Engineer with a proven background servicing and repairing colour and monochrome photocopiers, printers and MFDs/MFPs.  


  • To service, repair and maintain photocopiers, printers and MFDs/MFPs
  • Ensure all visits are completed in accordance with call control
  • Ensure standard or repair/maintenance in accordance with company expectations
  • Advise on potential upgrades (if applicable)
  • Maintain records and paperwork as directed by management
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all time
  • Attend training sessions to keep skill sets updated

Essential skills & experience

  • 2 years + experience in a similar position (Walking Photocopier Engineer) servicing and repairing photocopiers, printers and MFDs/MFPs
  • Ricoh or Canon manufacturer trained
  • Customer service skills
  • Networking/Colour Theory/Connectivity skills would be advantageous but not essential
  • Strong problem solving ability
